Thank you for dining with QuietField. We take pride in ensuring our customers enjoy the finest pizzas and Italian cuisine. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.
Returns
You have the right to request a refund within 30 minutes of purchase if your order is not up to our high standards. All return requests must be directed to us at our establishment located at Piazza San Carlo, Turin, 10123, Italy or through our official website at quietfield.sbs. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the refund process.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be uneaten or only minimally consumed and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be presented in the original packaging.
Please note that refunds will not be offered for custom orders unless the product arrives incorrect or damaged. Gift cards, promotional items, and any goods sold during charitable events are also non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Refund Process
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email or directly communicate to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or if the wrong item was received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, bring it to Piazza San Carlo, Turin, 10123, Italy or contact us through our website.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should bring your product to: QuietField, Piazza San Carlo, Turin, 10123, Italy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own travel expenses for returning your item. Travel expenses are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return travel will not be included in your refund.
