'QuietField originated from a humble vision: to introduce the original taste of Neapolitan pizza to Turin. The Rossi family launched our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-oriented operation with recipes passed down over generations.
Marco Rossi, our patriarch, honed her pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, she made it her mission to offer the essence of authentic Italian pizza, reflecting traditional ways and choosing only premier ingredients.
Our journey started in a cozy 12-seat eatery, yet we have become a cherished fixture in the local scene. We have held steadfast to our commitment to excellence and genuineness. We adhere to our original wood-fire oven baking methods, daily fresh dough, and procurement of the best ingredients available.
Now, 'QuietField continues as a family-held business, with the Rossi's next generation at the helm, guiding our devoted crew. Even as we've adopted new technologies, our core ethos stands firm: to craft luscious, real pizzas that unite our community.
